UmWowStudio is an artist owned & operated business. DeeDee Catron designs, cuts samples, weeds cleans, cuts packaging, fills packages & orders, ships, sorts, labels, and anything and everything in between. In times of high volume she may hire an extra hand, but generally runs the business as a one WOWman show. Thank you for understanding!
The studio is a mix of artist designed products & authentic vintage ephemeras+. Please note that Chipboard & Stencils are cut with a laser cutter.
CHIPBOARD : it will have an ash around the edges, use a baby wipe or damp paper towel to remove it.
STENCILS : are cut out of a THICK plastic & will have some smokey marks. All stencils are weeded & cleaned before shipping. They may look a little grungy, but they’re brand new & waiting for your next project.
VINTAGE EPHEMERA : it is authentic & old, it may have marks, tears, foxing and or other damage that comes with age.
The studio is in production Monday – Friday.
Shipping Fees
Your cart will automatically calculate your shipping fee based on cart total.
Domestic orders over $50 receive free shipping.
Shipping & Processing Times
Orders are processed, cut & filled in the chronological order they are received. The studio is in production Monday – Friday.
Standard shipping times are 5-7 business days, but may be longer at certain times due to (but not limited to) :
- new releases
- product sales
- online workshop openings
- or in person workshops ( traveling + teaching )
Shipping Terms
When complete, orders are shipped via stamps.com. The customer receives an order completion email via UmWowStudio & a tracking notification email via stamps.com.
Once the order has been fulfilled & left the workshop, UWS is no longer responsible for what happens. It is up to the whims of the postal service when & how your order will arrive.
In the event of an issue UWS will do their best to assess the situation & find a solution. No guarantees are being made at this time.
Refunds / Cancellations
No refunds on digital items like workshops, images & graphics, PDFs, etc.
Product order cancellations &or returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
